Job Title:		Pipeline Engineer
Description:		Our Client, a leading Oil & Gas player in the country seeks to recruit a PIPELINE ENGINEER who will be responsible for the following roles: * Produce maintenance and inspection plans to assure the technical integrity of pipelines within defined scope and budget, focused on realizing asset specific HSE, integrity, costs and availability performance. * Develop and implement best practice inspection, monitoring and emergency response systems * Advise on matters of specification, design, selection, procurement, application and maintenance and identifying/recognizing potential hazards in own discipline and proposing/implementing solutions to eliminate/minimize risks * Supervise pipeline engineering activities in the field when being executed by third parties * Manage engineering modifications to the pipeline system * Implement project execution plans and contract strategies required for engineering, procurement and construction activities * Work to project schedules, liaise with all Project stakeholders * Monitor and report progress during all project phases, carrying out site visits as required. * Liaise closely with Construction and Operations departments * To provide engineering support to pipeline detailed design, simulations, hydraulic studies, and pipeline rehabilitation program.
