Farm Engineer at Purssion Limited (4 positions)


 Purssion Limited - A reputable Farm in Sagamu is seeking to fill to its vacant positions with qualified personnel.
The farm includes poultry, a catfish farm, a plantain plantation and a feed mill.

1.) Farm Administrator

Requirements
  • Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the activities of the farm.
  • BSc/HND in the social sciences, Animal science, Agriculture or any related discipline. Copied from: hotnigerianjobs.com
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working on a large farm.
     
2.) Fish Farm Manager

Requirements

  • Responsible for the operations for the fish farm from caring for the fingerlings to harvest.
  • BSc/HND in the social sciences,  Animal Science, Agriculture or any related discipline
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years working on a large farm in a similar role.
3.) Farm Engineer

Requirements

  • Responsible for the maintenance of all farm equipments. (OND in engineering or certifications)

4.) P.A to the CEO

Requirements

  • Bsc/HND in any field and a minimum of 2 years experience in similar role, strong admin and computer skills required

1.) HCV Officer

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CSR Department. Plantation Head and General, Manager the candidate will be responsible for the management. monitoring and enhancement of all High Conservation Areas(HCVs) in oil palm plantations in Nigeria, The candidate will provide support in the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity in these areas

Key Duties
  • HCV management and field monitoring for HCV areas for all of Nigerian operations
  • Internal field auditing for RSPO compliance for HCV related matters,
  • Supervision and co-ordination of all operation staff and workers under his/her charge,
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate and work effectively with other departments in plantation and stakeholders
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • A degree in biological sciences or related relevant degree
  • Field and biodiversity surveys experience
  • Ability to work independently,
  • Excellent communication and people skills,

Nigerian Stored Products Research Institute (NSPRI)

The Nigerian Stored Products Research Institute (NSPRI) hereby invites   applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions in the Institute:


1.)  Technologist I

Qualification:

Candidates should hold a minimum of Higher National Diploma from a recognized Polytechnic in either Agricultural Science or Agricultural Engineering, Plus at least 3 years post qualification cognate experience. 
Remuneration: CONRAISS 08: (N1, 247,854 - N1, 855,515 per annum)

2.)  Senior Planning Officer

Qualification:

Candidates should possess a first degree in Economics, statistics or Economic Planning  from a recognized University with at least 6 years post qualification cognate experience or Masters degree in any of the listed disciplines with at least three years post qualification cognate experience. 
Remuneration: CONRAISS 09: (N1, 449,363 – N2, 109,627 per annum)

3.)  Chief Planning Officer

Qualification:

Candidates should hold a Doctorate or Master’s degree in Statistics, Econometrics or Development Planning plus at least 6 years post qualification cognate experience in the areas of Economic Planning, Economic Development or Project Development. 
Remuneration: CONRAISS 13: (N2, 723,069 – N3, 632,404 per annum)

4.)  Agricultural Engineer Grade II

Qualification:

Candidates should possess Honours degree, preferably 2nd Class, Upper Division, in Agricultural Engineering from a recognized University. 
Remuneration: CONRAISS 08: (N1247,854 – N1,855,515 per annum)
